Not long ago, we met a friend who needed an inductive coil and used it in a wireless charger for mobile phones.
Because we have been in contact with similar inductive coils before, after understanding the parameters of our friends, we decided to help this customer to produce inductive coils.
There are two difficulties in producing this inductor coil:
First of all, in the selection of materials, the conventional enameled wire obviously cannot meet the parameter requirements of the inductor coil. Only special Litz wire winding can be used. Compared with the enameled wire, the Litz wire has a lower degree of insulation and better anti-interference ability, and is more suitable for the production of inductive coils.
Secondly, in the production process, the inductor coil used in the field of wireless charging must be made flat, and for this reason, the fixing of the inductor coil becomes a problem. Special glue is needed to fix the inductor coil. After a period of testing and selection of materials, the manufacturer successfully produced this inductance coil.
